These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by or on behalf of AppraisalFlo, LLC (“AppraisalFlo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By opting in to receive SMS messages from AppraisalFlo, you agree to these SMS Terms.


1. AppraisalFlo SMS Program

AppraisalFlo provides optional text messaging in connection with appraisal, valuation, property inspection, and related services facilitated through the AppraisalFlo Platform.

Messages may be sent to borrowers, property owners, property contacts, appraisers, inspectors, vendors, authorized platform users, and other individuals involved in an active appraisal, valuation, or property inspection assignment.

Messages may include:

  • Appraisal or inspection scheduling requests;

  • Appointment confirmations and changes;

  • Introductions between borrowers or property contacts and assigned appraisers or inspectors;

  • Assignment notifications;

  • Order and workflow notifications;

  • Scheduling links and other secure links related to an active assignment;

  • Communications involving an assigned appraiser or inspector; and

  • Other transactional, operational, or customer care communications related to the AppraisalFlo Platform or an active appraisal or inspection assignment.

AppraisalFlo’s appraisal and inspection SMS program is not intended for unrelated marketing or promotional messaging.


2. Consent to Receive Messages

Participation in AppraisalFlo’s SMS program is voluntary.

Where required, you must affirmatively opt in before AppraisalFlo sends SMS messages to your mobile number.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or receiving appraisal, valuation, or property inspection services.

By opting in, you authorize AppraisalFlo to send text messages to the mobile number you provide regarding the applicable AppraisalFlo service, account, appraisal, inspection, or assignment.

Consent applies only to the messaging program and purposes described at the time you opt in.


3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on account activity and the number and status of appraisal, valuation, inspection, or other assignments associated with you.

You may receive multiple messages during an active assignment, particularly when scheduling or appointment changes occur.


4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages according to the terms of your wireless service plan.

AppraisalFlo is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.


5. How to Opt Out

You may stop receiving SMS messages from the applicable AppraisalFlo messaging program at any time by replying:

STOP

After you submit a valid opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your request.

You will then no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Opting out of SMS does not prevent AppraisalFlo, its customers, or authorized participants in an appraisal or inspection transaction from communicating with you through other lawful and appropriate channels, such as email or telephone.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery

SMS message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of participating mobile carriers and networks.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AppraisalFlo does not guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered, received, or delivered within a particular time.

SMS service may be affected by:

  • Wireless coverage;

  • Carrier network availability;

  • Device availability;

  • Spam or filtering controls;

  • Incorrect or outdated telephone numbers; or

  • Other circumstances outside AppraisalFlo’s control.


8. Mobile Number Responsibility

You represent that you are authorized to use the mobile telephone number you provide for SMS enrollment.

If your mobile number changes or is reassigned to another person, you should opt out or notify AppraisalFlo as soon as reasonably possible.

You should not enroll a telephone number belonging to another person without authorization.


9. Privacy

AppraisalFlo’s collection, use, and protection of mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent information, and related Personal Information is governed by the AppraisalFlo Privacy Policy.

AppraisalFlo does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise provide mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Changes to the SMS Program or These Terms

AppraisalFlo may modify or discontinue all or part of its SMS messaging program at any time.

We may also update these SMS Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, messaging practices, legal requirements, carrier requirements, or other operational needs.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of these SMS Terms will be revised.
